Provides integrative whole-body treatment including craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, and somatic experiencing. Sessions scheduled for two hours because “people and their bodies need time to unfurl and reveal themselves … the gift of time allows [clients] to develop trust and feel safe enough to let go.” Philosophy behind Ellen’s bodywork is encompassed by the five principles of humility, curiosity, patience, kindness, and love.
Ellen also provides:
- intuitive, shamanic, and ceremonial work;
- as a ULC minister, can perform weddings, funerals, change-of-life and naming ceremonies, and other celebrations;
- Swedish death cleaning: assistance in sorting through and prioritizing possessions, downsizing, or becoming more aware of “letting go” of physical items that may weigh one down physically, practically, or emotionally;
- Classes open to all as well as professional community in Healthy Boundaries in Energy Work, the Transgender Body on the Table, Polarity Therapy, and Bodywork, among others.
Those who identify as a member of the transgender, nonbinary, gender-queer, or nonconforming community who cannot afford regular treatments are invited to contact Ellen to discuss affordable and/or free care.
