Tours are free. You may request a time when there are not other, simultaneously happening tours in order to avoid crowds.

Website has map of museum. Lighting is dim and sensory-friendly except on the actual exhibits.  Many interactive touch screens play videos, but the sound is relatively quiet as is the whole museum.
