YesNM is an online portal to assist with accessing social services such as:

• Medical Assistance(Medicaid);
• Food Assistance(SNAP);
• Water Assistance(LIHWAP);
• Cash Assistance(TANF);
• Energy Assistance(LIHEAP).

YesNM is entirely online and offers text, chat, phone call, and email options for communication. When signing up for and managing social services, YesNM offers an alternative to in-person interactions. The chat function can answer basic questions, but to get assistance sign up for SNAP (and other programs) you do need to make a phone call.

The website is visually busy, but the important information is immediately visible.

Completely remote and free. Can be a long wait when calling (on-hold). Best time of day to call is in the morning for shorter wait times.
